To order a Gift Certificate, call the Institute toll-free at 1.800.622.4355, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mountain Time. Gift Certificates are mailed via the Postal Service for no additional charge. Other shipping/deliveries methods are available for an additional charge.
